After reading where is hear I got a sense of disappointment from the story. While nothing out of the ordinary happens until the end of the story. Did you while reading get the most suspense while waiting for something to happen that never does?

What did you all think of the story “Where is Here?” by Joyce Carol Oates. Since Mr. Dutrow was absent for a few days due to the retreat he was not able to describe the story to us, so it was really up to us to read and understand the story.
