In my opinion a crazy ending would have made the story more interesting, and less disappointing. If the stranger walked through a wall or did something really unexpected at the end it would have satisfied more readers.
After reading where is here, i came to realize that the store had way to much "lose ends" that weren't tied up. Who is the stranger? Where is he from? What actually happened in this house, but also came to a realization that the story leaves the ending up to your imagination, witch is very important at this time in American History.
Kevin Ross
A better ending could have consisted of more drama or adventure. It could of had it where the cops showed up like an hour later asking for a guy who looked just like the one that was wondering around inside that house. More suspence and adventure could of made this story a lot better.
I f the stranger would have had more of a disturbed sense about him. Mabye he could break out into random acts of shouting if asked the wrong question. Anything to keep the reader interested.
i honestly think that it should be a very crazy ending where and not dull. And i also agree with kevin ross it is left up to our imaginations and that we have the right ending to the story.
I think the Ending of Where is here could be the person at the front door could be a ghost and he haunts the house until they leave the house. A better ending would be so much better than it was now.
The ending of the story was very bland. It would have been better if the stranger did something really weird and crazy to catch the reader off guard. If Freddy Krueger was at the front of the door then it would have been better.
